The County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner has not yet released Friday the identity of a man Monrovia officials say died fleeing from an Immigration and Customs Enforcement raid at a Monrovia Home Depot.

During the raid, a man ran from the Home Depot, crossed Evergreen Avenue and entered the eastbound lanes of the freeway, the statement said. At 9:52 a.m., Monrovia Fire & Rescue responded to a report that a pedestrian had been hit by a vehicle.
