Liverpool have officially missed out on the signing of Bundesliga sensation Omar Marmoush. The Egyptian international had been linked with a potential Anfield switch by sources in Germany.

Manchester City have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Omar Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt in the January transfer window. City had a bid rejected for the 25-year-old earlier in the week but are now believed to have reached an agreement that will see him move to Manchester in the coming days.
