For whatever reason, former West Virginia guard Jevon Carter has seen his role decrease over the last two seasons, playing for the Chicago Bulls, the team he grew up watching. The Maywood, Illinois native has only appeared in 14 games this year for the Bulls and has seen limited action when he does hit the floor.

Carter had one of his best performances in years on Thursday, definitely his best showing as a Bull, and he knows it likely won't change much. That doesn't mean he can't hope that his professionalism will lead to more minutes moving forward.
