Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills and touchdown

Josh Allen and Gabe Davis were together again as their helmets got stuck together celebrating a touchdown in the Bills' win over the Buccaneers.
While Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford (+150) and New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye (+185) remain at the top, the rest of the MVP race saw plenty of shake-ups.
“It’s so freaking cool,” Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen said. “The guy just continues to work extremely hard. He’s never once complained, working from practice squad to now making legit plays in the NFL.
Since the Bills' Week 8 bye, Allen has a +0.67 EPA per dropback on downfield throws, which ranks second among all quarterbacks. He also has five touchdowns on throws of 10 or more air yards, most in the league since Week 8.
Josh Allen almost made an incredible play to convert a third-and-16. He took off down the field after escaping from pressure and tried to lateral the ball to Ty Johnson, but his "backwards" pass actually traveled forward so the Bills were penalized five yards from the spot of the foul and had to punt. They downed the ball at the 3-yard line.
The reigning NFL MVP has an unexpected rival as Josh Allen is trailing one of the Buffalo Bills’ divisional foes in a recent MVP watch.
