The temperature at kickoff should be in the mid to low 40s. If you define “cold weather” as around 45 degrees or below, yes, the temperature could be a factor.

After a 24-6 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, the Browns will try to spoil the playoff hopes of the Miami Dolphins when they play on Sunday in Week 17.

The Dolphins are running out of time and games. They're holding on to hope. Miami's chances of making the AFC playoffs are remote and the team will need some outside help along with a win Sunday over the hapless Browns to have any shot at the postseason.
