During the record-breaking storm that hit Kansas City, residents have expressed a range of comments — and sharp critiques — about MoDOT’s response.

The Kansas City metro is still digging itself out from a nearly-record 11 inches of snow that got dumped by a blizzard over the weekend. Roads remain icy and treacherous, however, and much of the city remains shut down.

The City says most neighborhoods are drivable and most streets have been fully plowed, but it’s still best to stay off of them
