On the final day before the transfer portal closes, Oklahoma has lost another linebacker. Lewis Carter, a sophomore from Tampa, FL, has announced his intention to leave, according to a Twitter post from On3’s Hayes Fawcett.

The Oklahoma Sooners have been active in the transfer portal this offseason. They've added eight players at this point, seven on the offensive side of the ball and a punter to take over for Luke Elzinga.

New Oklahoma State QB commit Hauss Hejny was at TCU with Doug Meacham, who was hired earlier this month as the Cowboys' offensive coordinator.
