Funeral arrangements for slain Lorain police officer Phillip Wagner are being finalized. The fallen officer is expected to be laid to rest on Wednesday, following a service at Rocket Arena in downtown Cleveland.

Law enforcement officers from across the state will patrol the streets of Lorain this week, allowing the city’s police department to attend the Wednesday funeral of Officer Phillip Wagner, who died in an ambush last week.
