A federal judge will hear arguments in Rudy Giuliani's second contempt of court hearing this week in the defamation case against him involving former Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss.

A federal judge is set to hear arguments on whether to hold Rudy Giuliani in contempt of court for continuing to spread lies about two Georgia election workers after they secured a $148 million defamation judgment against him.

Two Georgia election workers asked a federal judge to hold Rudy Giuliani in contempt for allegedly continuing to defame them in violation of a court order.

Rudy Giuliani ’s legal morass has, incredibly, gotten even worse. On Monday the former New York mayor was found in contempt of court for failing to turn over assets to two Georgia election workers he defamed. Manhattan federal judge Lewis Liman said he will rule on “appropriate sanctions” against Giuliani at a later time.

Giuliani has refused to turn over assets to former Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, who won a nearly $150 million defamation lawsuit against him.

Rudy Giuliani had asked for the case to be moved to Pinal County. He argued the "entire bench" of Maricopa County could not be fair and impartial.
