Victor Manuel-Pirela, 33, of Holyoke, was arraigned in Holyoke District Court on Wednesday, according to the court. He faces multiple charges, including armed assault with intent to murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, and several gun-related crimes. He is also charged with identity fraud and misusing a car document.
