India's Tata Communications reported a 3.5% rise in its third-quarter profit on Wednesday, helped by steady demand for its data services.

Total income grew 4.14 per cent to Rs 5,826 crore, up from Rs 5,594 crore in Q3 FY24. The earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (Ebitda) stood at Rs 1,181 crore, increasing by 4.1 per cent compared to Rs 1,134 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Results: Tata Communications reported a substantial 424% YoY increase in net profit for Q3 to Rs 236 crore, driven by growth in digital revenues and better margins. Revenue rose 4% YoY to Rs 5,798 crore.
