A drug suspect struck two Waterbury police cruisers on Wednesday, police said. They identified the suspect as 26-year-old Vincent Simmons of Waterbury. Police said they patrolled an area of Baldwin Street when they spotted an occupied running parked vehicle with what they described as “visible motor vehicle violations.

Waterbury police say a juvenile is facing a variety of firearm and drug charges after officers spotted a suspicious vehicle on Thursday. An adult driving the car was also arrested.
