Don’t feel bad for Xander Schauffele having to return the claret jug when he arrived at Royal Portrush to defend his title in The Open. It’s not like he had anywhere to keep it.

Xander Schauffele’s wife, Maya, had the audacity to frame a photo of him celebrating his Olympic gold medal from Tokyo and hang it his home gym. It was apparently like breaking a marriage vow for the guy who seems to spend no more than a day celebrating triumphs.

Don't feel bad for Xander Schauffele having to return the claret jug when he arrived at Royal Portrush to defend his title in the British Open. It's not like he had anywhere to keep it. Schauffele has won eight times in his PGA Tour career.
