Two people were injured Thursday when a small plane crashed at Jaffrey Airport.
Investigators suggested that infrequent maintenance requirements, among other issues, appeared to contribute to the faulty part that caused the crash, which killed 15 people last year.
Both people aboard the aircraft were uninjured and brought to safety within hours as temperatures dropped below freezing on the remote island.
The NTSB also revealed that the crew of the crashed jet had been reassigned to it after their original plane was taken out of service.
