Apple has followed up yesterday's not-so-subtle teaser and officially announced its new M5 MacBook Pro 14-inch – one of the first products with its latest version of Apple Silicon, alongside the new iPad Pro M5.
When it comes to operating systems, Apple users are treated to some of the best mobile and computer software on the market. If you own a MacBook or Mac desktop, you're probably already looking forward to the new look, feel, and functionality of macOS 26.

Apple is expected to refresh its Mac lineup in 2026, including MacBook Pro, Air, Mac mini, and Studio with M5 chips. The first M5 MacBook Pro may arrive late 2025, followed by high-end models and new Airs.
