Luis Castillo’s name has swirled in trade rumors for much of the offseason, as since Castillo is far and away the priciest member of the Mariners’ rotation, Seattle has at least been more open to discussing Castillo than any of its other starting pitchers.

The Seattle Mariners are not likely to deal the three-time All-Star, but an American League Central team has been interested in acquiring him.

As the Twins look for pitching help this offseason, they reportedly inquired about the Seattle Mariners All-Star, but he just costs too much money.
