Entering the fast-growing pharmacy automation space, Becton Dickinson (BD) will buy Parata Systems from Frazier Healthcare Partners for more than $1.5 billion in cash, the company said June 6, 2022.

BD has agreed to acquire Parata Systems, a provider of pharmacy automation solutions, for $1.525 billion. Parata Systems is backed by Frazier Healthcare Partners. FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. and DURHAM, N.C.
