Witham Health Services, based in the Boone County town of Lebanon, said Tuesday that hopes to become part of Fort Wayne-based Parkview Health this year.

Witham’s announcement comes amid a series of recent moves by Parkview Health involving expansion into areas of the state away from its headquarters in Fort Wayne.
