The Houston Texans have ruled out star quarterback C.J. Stroud in Week 12 versus the Buffalo Bills due to a concussion.

Mills threw for 274 yards and a touchdown, Matthew Wright kicked a 35-yard field goal as time expired, and the Texans beat the Tennessee Titans 16-13 on Sunday to sweep the season series with their AFC South rivals.

Mills led three touchdown drives in the 4th quarter to bring the Texans back from 19 points down for the victory.
