Denise Richards showed up at the home where her estranged husband Aaron Phypers is staying amid their divorce battle on Sunday, claiming he 'put down' one of her dogs without her knowledge or permission.

Police responded to a call at Aaron Phypers' Calabasas residence on Aug. 3 amid his divorce from Denise Richards. An attorney for Richards, who has a restraining order against Phypers, told PEOPLE she was there to get her dogs after Phypers allegedly put one down,
