The Carolina Panthers have an outside chance at making the 2025 NFL playoffs, especially if the team beats the San Francisco 49ers on the road on Monday night. The 6-5 Panthers would have a 32-percent chance, per NFL.com, of earning a spot in the NFC playoff field if they defeat the 49ers, but their chances would drop to 15-percent with a loss.

How far can the Bears go? Outlining the best-case scenario for Chicago in the NFC

Again, according to NFL.com, the Eagles currently have a 41% chance of getting the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs. Only the Rams (8-2) have a better chance, at 42%. It should be noted that the Eagles beat the Rams 33-26 on Sept. 21, so the Eagles would have the first tiebreaker should both teams finish with the best record in the NFC.
The Buccaneers have dropped from 6-2 to 6-4 after losing their last two games, but the good news is they have the easiest remaining schedule among NFC playoff contenders. After their game against the Rams this week, the Buccaneers schedule cools down significantly leading into the playoffs.
