The Detroit Lions signed former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ronnie Bell to a reserve/futures contract. Bell, who finished the season on the Niners practice squad, was not among San Francisco’s practice squad players to immediately ink reserve/futures contract following the season.

The Lions have added another name to the growing list of players signed to reserve/future contracts now that the season has ended. Former San Francisco 49ers wideout Ronnie Bell agreed to sign with the Lions.

The Detroit Lions continue to reshape their roster during the offseason, adding a former standout with a history of making big plays in Michigan. On Tuesday evening, the team announced via social media the signing of former Michigan wide receiver Ronnie Bell to a reserve/future contract.
