Tottenham Hotspur head coach Thomas Frank says Daniel Levy deserves “massive praise” for his 24-year chairmanship of the north London club. Levy was appointed as Tottenham chairman in 2001 and held the post until September 4, when he was removed from his post by the club’s majority shareholders, the Lewis family.
