Kevin Harvick has targeted NASCAR for the nature of the penalty handed to Austin Cindric for rear hooking Ty Dillon 's car at COTA.

Ty Dillon is glad NASCAR penalized Austin Cindric for turning him last weekend at Circuit of the Americas, but was surprised that Cindric was not suspended. Dillon wasn’t the only driver surprised by NASCAR’s penalty to Cindric.

Kevin Harvick said during Sunday's prerace show that NASCAR should have suspended Austin Cindric following last week's race at COTA.
