Georgetown City Council recommended moving forward with a municipal utility district for the development at a council work session Dec. 9.

The homes will range from 2,584 square feet to 4,500 square feet with one- and two-story floor plans available. The neighborhood is near Little Bear Creek Linear Park and close to a trailhead.
