Firefighters from the Stone County Fire Service and the Wiggins Fire Department came together for a hands-on rescue training that could one day help save young lives.

Engines revved and wheels turned as a motorcycle festival attracted thousands of bikers to the Coast for the inaugural Bikin’ the Beach weekend festivities.

While organizers are already making plans for next year, they say it’s likely Bikin’ the Beach will move to another city.

First responders worked to pull a vehicle out of the water following a single-vehicle accident on Highway 90 in Biloxi on Sunday.
