Alicia Silverstone was "destined" to be the mother of her beloved son, Bear Blu Jarecki. The Clueless actress welcomed her only child with ex-husband Christopher Jarecki back in 2011. The former couple were together for over 20 years when they called it quits, having met in 1997 and tied the knot in 2005.

I’m confident that we’ll be able to do that, but we’re in baby stages right now,” Silverstone offered as a brief update on the highly anticipated follow-up.

While the project is still "in the baby stages," Silverstone is "confident" that they will honor Clueless while bringing "something fresh and new to it"
