An Amazon truck that skidded across lanes on Highway 50 in Sacramento is causing major traffic delays Saturday, officials said.

Kamara, 29, had run away from a hospital in Encinitas an hour before he was arrested. Law enforcement had been asked to return him for treatment, his family’s lawsuit says.
