Angels Announce Historic Mike Trout News During Rays Game
During Wednesday’s series finale against the Tampa Bay Rays, Trout etched his name into the MLB record books, adding to his Hall-of-Fame caliber career. The Angels announced, “Mike Trout has hit his 398th career home run and his 200th at Angel Stadium. He is the first player in Major League history to have 200+ HR and 100+ SB at any one ballpark.”

The Angels, who are once against middling around in the American League West, head to Detroit hoping to rally and make a push for a Wild Card spot. If Trout is in the lineup this weekend, it will be the first time the superstar will face the Tigers since the 2022 season.
