Texas will go for a series sweep against Dartmouth. Last year, Texas swept just two opponents: Cal Poly and Kansas.

The first two games of the series against the Dartmouth Big Green (0-3) were tight, one-run wins for the No. 16 Texas Longhorns (5-1). Both wins came down in dramatic fashion, as the Longhorns staved off late rallies and nailed down the victories.

Texas baseball sophomore infielder Ethan Mendoza dominated in the box, going 3–4 for a pair of RBIs and his first home run of the season, aiding the No. 16 Longhorns as they claimed a 4–1 victory over Dartmouth for its third consecutive series win.
