New advancements are coming to the Sandusky County EMS. Station 14 in Gibsonburg is being completely rebuilt. The agency has served in the same building with two other entities since the 1970s.

It’s been bitterly cold for a good while now, and that has some ice developing on Lake Erie. Much of the western basin is currently covered but, Lake Erie as a whole is still below normal for Jan. 9.
