January 2, 1982: Trailing 38-31 against the Dolphins, San Diego Chargers quarterback Dan Fouts throws a 10 yard touchdown pass to rookie James Brooks in the back corner of the end zone to tie the game. The pass was actually intended for tight end Kellen Winslow. But the pass was overthrown and landed in the hands of Brooks who was freelancing on the play.
