Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine will bring heavy rain to The Bahamas, Cuba and Jamaica; it is forecast to intensify and become Tropical Storm Imelda this weekend. An official NHC track change shows Imelda could stay offshore, but bring life-threatening flooding along to the Carolinas.
