My client dropped something on her toenail first, you can see the bruised part on the bottom corner of her big toe. It caused my client to have Onycholysis which then caused her to get a greenie bc water kept sitting under her lifted toenail. Onycholysis is a common nail disorder where the nail plate separates from the nail bed, usually starting at the tip or sides. I took off the lifted part of the nail so it doesn’t continue to lift and separate more. Gave her a thin overlay so her nail can gr
