The Big Bosh Nut Roast

Feta Nut Roast When I was a kid my Mum used to make this incredible nut roast. Honestly, I loved it so much I even had it for my Christmas dinner one year instead of turkey. This is really similar to my Mum's one, but with the lovely addition of creamy, salty crumbled feta. It's one of those recipes that's almost as lovely to make as it is to eat.
