Tonight I remade the octopus salad I had recently that I couldn’t stop thinking about 😍 There’s something so magical about sous vide octopus with a slight char from the grill. I found these mini pita pockets that I had with it and this was such a satisfying dinner! I started out by removing the beak from the octopus then I sous vide it at 145F with butter for 6 hours. Next I marinated the octopus with algae oil and Greek seasoning! I tossed it on the grill to get a slight char then sliced it up
