I always always start teaching someone lymphatic drainage with using their hands. This is because I can teach them proper pressure and technique. That includes: - specific 7 and total 12 lymph node stimulation - manual lymphatic massage for the fluid in the vessels Once they get that down then we can move onto other tools such as: - dry brush - gua sha - rebounder - vibration (plate or ball) Don’t get me wrong you don’t “need” to add those in but for some it does make a huge difference.
