Adding green-glass foliage really makes this tulip tree flower pop. The green, plus the pattern I’ve designed, are a great backdrop. When making my mosaic art, each section had its own story, with its own purpose. I use contrasting patterns that I’ve thought out in advance. They’re like brushstrokes in a painting.
