I popped a “4 minute dance challenge” on my class during a break between lessons, challenging them to hop on the floor and pick up a dance on the fly. It was an impromptu moment to push some dancers out of their comfort zone alittle and hopefully give them more confidence to learn some dances we already do that they haven’t learned while also providing a new teach to a fun dance and song.
