Our environment has a frequency, a note. When the plants and trees are humming they are expressing the mauri of Papatūānuku. We contribute to that frequency. Each carries its own vibration, its own note, and we as humans are part of that song. We are not separate from it – we contribute to its rhythm and residence. When there is a note that is out of tune, it’s noticeable. When we co-create, focus our attention on what’s around us, acknowledge and give reverence to nature, it comes in closer. Ha
