The chance for severe weather is still present in the forecast, however timing has been adjusted slightly as model data shows the parent low pressure system slowing up. Our peak time for severe weather will be between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday. Coastal communities will have the highest chance of seeing the severe weather threat realized during that time period. Today's weather will mirror what we saw yesterday folks. Early low 50s will again reach the low 80s under sun filled skies with winds around 10 mph from the SW. The party ends tomorrow. Scattered showers with a few rumbles of thunder will move in by mid morning and hang around through sunrise Saturday.
